Josh Book is a Senior Management Consulting leader with more than 20 years of global consulting and strategy delivery experience working in a variety of client facing and leadership roles.

Josh is helping our team to develop leading data and research products for the Financial Services space as well as helping our clients to innovate and grow their digital business models for the future. 

Prior to forming Parameter Insights, Josh was a global Innovation Fellow and Principal with Accenture’s Management Consulting practice, where he led teams that designed and executed complex client solutions across several industry areas. Having managed over $70M in consulting revenues, Josh has advised clients from the public and private sectors (healthcare, pharma, retail, financial services, telecom, media & entertainment). 

Josh lives in Toronto, Canada with his wife Andrea and their two boys Zachary and Jackson.

Phil Darling is a senior analytics consultant and research leader. He was formerly the Director of Research Analytics for Ipsos ASI and a Statistician for the College of Nurses of Ontario (Canada’s largest health regulatory body, serving Ontario's 160,000+ RNs, RPNs, and NPs).

Phil has 17 years' experience in data science, applied statistics, marketing research, and consulting. He has advised clients from public and private sectors including financial services, telecom, retail, CPG/FMCPG, energy, automotive, healthcare, pharma, and higher education.

Phil completed his MSc in Statistics at the University of Toronto. He is a member of the Statistical Society Canada (SSC), American Statistical Association (ASA), and Marketing Research and Intelligence Association (MRIA). Phil splits his time between Toronto and Southampton with his wife and son Wells.
